This vacancy is for an upcoming short-term project likely to happen in the months of August and September. The team we hire would be expected to work onsite in an environment with safe-distancing safety measures in place.

As Graphic Production Artist, you'd work with our Project Managers to adapt versions of visual master assets with Photoshop, to be featured on all marketing communication materials for the South East Asian markets (SEA).

Responsibilities

  • Build adapted versions of visual assets in a Photoshop/AI format, with extensive usage and application of "Smart Objects”, “Layer Styles”, and “Adjustment Layers.”
  • Receive localization briefs from the Project Manager(s) and be able to convert an existing Photoshop asset into a specific language for the different SEA markets while maintaining the original level of quality and detail.
  • Localize files with accurate formatting of copy provided by our global team.
  • Photo retouching for all lifestyle images to be used for SEA and ensuring that the imagery displayed is both germane and licensed to the country in which it will appear.
  • Sync up with the global team on software updates and technical requirements.
  • Adhere to an exact and established graphic production process, which includes maintaining consistency in font usage, colour profiles, filename conventions, structuring of archived assets, and handing-off localized assets.
  • Memorize localization guidelines and actively be on the lookout for any asset that falls out of given guideline.
  • Ensure and manage the consistency of assets organized on the server.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in graphic production at a design firm, ad agency or interactive shop
  • Flexible, creative, solution-oriented individual with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Knowledge of image and production specific needs for image reproduction; including website builds, POS, Motion Graphics and email marketing
  • Proficiency in OS & iOS software
  • Intermediate photo retouching skills
  • Accurate, excellent memory and an eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding creative and production environment. Flexibility is key to this role as well as working beyond the 9:00-17:30 framework and occasionally at weekends
