What we’re looking for: 

The Sr. Client Finance Manager is primarily responsible for partnering with the Client Services Group (Account Directors and Project Managers) to understand and stay close to the status of jobs as it relates to client profitability, revenue recognition and A/R and WIP invoicing.  The Sr. Client Finance Manager will work with the new business team to provide data for RFP completions. The Client Finance Manager also provides support to the Finance Director.  The right candidate will need to work well under pressure, deal with many different personalities and is an enthusiastic problem solver.  This position reports to the Finance Director.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Implement workflows and best practices across all project types, ensuring they are adhered to
  • Work with the Group Account Directors and Account Directors to manage the financial health of accounts, including growth profitability and delivery of forecasts
  • Manage financial analyst, overseeing billing and reporting against SLAs and KPIs


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or relevant experience in related field. MBA a plus
  • 8+ years in finance experience in TV/video, Digital and Print production environment
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems based on sound technical knowledge
  • Expert client relationship skills including presenting to clients, dealing with multiple stakeholders, and ability to think on your feet
  • Strong line manager with ability to hire, retain and develop staff
  • Strong written/oral communication skills
  • Must be commercially astute and able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
