Role summary:


Hogarth [Worldwide] is looking for an exceptional Creative Project Manager. You’ll be at the center of an extremely dynamic and demanding environment, responsible for assigning projects across the creative teams as well as for the intake of out of scope projects. You will manage one-off projects from assigning the right teams to managing the process through to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining the resource allocation plan, taking into account changes to scope, resource availability and allocation. You’ll develop a roll-out plan to operationalize tools and software solutions in order to keep track of intake, allocate resources quickly and effectively, and give the broader team visibility into which resources are allocated when and where, for which project.


You’ll be on the pulse of all planned creative work, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned on staffing, project status and key milestones. 


The best-laid plans at the beginning of a project will likely need to change—you will have the flexibility and know-how to provide recommendations on how best to solve issues as they arise.


  • 8+ years experience at a creative/production agency, or client side.
  • Experience in a traffic, resource and project management role within a strategic, creative or technical agency environment. 
  • Knowledge of the creative and production process required. Experience in design, advertising, or interactive a plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills and ability to bond well with creative talent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle and process: able to understand complex project requirements, and recognize potential risks and dependencies across resourcing and projects.
  • Ability to understand projects briefs, digest information and kick off projects with the relevant teams. 
  • Expert user of spreadsheet tools and experience rolling-out new systems and championing adoption amongst teams a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fluid environment with quick turnarounds.
  • Proven ability to creatively solve problems through negotiation, tact and diplomacy. You are able to foresee potential roadblocks or conflicts and mitigate while keeping calm under pressure
  • Self-starter, fast learner with the ability to work independently. 
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Solid understanding and command of project management tools & software.


  • Exceptional at building relationships between internal and external partners, ability to communicate project information concisely and accurately.
  • Resource allocation planning taking into account skill set, time and plan of record.
  • Weekly reporting to Production Lead on creative team capacity and escalate any risks. 
  • Run weekly resource meetings with the Production team and actively work with functional leads to address and solve resourcing issues.
  • Work cross functionally with production and design teams. 
  • Manage Intake of out of scope projects, plan and execute. 
  • Manage resource forecast spreadsheets for all creative, based on input from weekly meetings and the Production team.
  • Partner with Producers to monitor milestones during the various stages to ensure project is staying on schedule; be aware of project constraints that could affect creative workloads (schedule / scope / resources)
  • Partner with the team to operationalize tools to analyze and track metrics around utilization and capacity planning, and partner closely with Production Lead to determine additional reporting needs. 
  • Join all campaign and project kick offs to ensure a big picture view of all current work
