Hogarth [Worldwide] is looking for an exceptional Creative Project Manager. You’ll be at the center of an extremely dynamic and demanding environment, responsible for assigning projects across the creative teams as well as for the intake of out of scope projects. You will manage one-off projects from assigning the right teams to managing the process through to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining the resource allocation plan, taking into account changes to scope, resource availability and allocation. You’ll develop a roll-out plan to operationalize tools and software solutions in order to keep track of intake, allocate resources quickly and effectively, and give the broader team visibility into which resources are allocated when and where, for which project.
You’ll be on the pulse of all planned creative work, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned on staffing, project status and key milestones.
The best-laid plans at the beginning of a project will likely need to change—you will have the flexibility and know-how to provide recommendations on how best to solve issues as they arise.
