The Account Manager plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operations of assigned production accounts. Responsibilities include project management, client relationship management, and creative agency relationship management. The Account Manager will learn the Hogarth Broadcast, Print and Digital production services business while working in a flexible, fast-paced environment.



  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of the account and supporting team across multiple packaged goods brands
  • Liaises with clients (brands) and creative agencies to ensure a clear understanding of the production brief, deliverables and timeline for each project.
  • Updates and maintain production timelines and budgets
  • Frequent coordination and partnership with Hogarth’s global production network to ensure global campaign launches are successful and the work is adapted effectively
  • Helps organize, attends (if required) and keeps minutes for all internal team and client meetings
  • Updates and maintains status sheets
  • Attends and represents Hogarth in weekly inter-agency status calls
  • Liaises with media agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, technical specifications and copy dates
  • Liaises with creative agencies to obtain master artwork files and reports any delays to AM/SAM/AD
  • Responsible for managing the talent and traffic teams at Hogarth to ensure the full year media plan is handled successfully
  • Manages all alerts/orders through FIDO and Maconomy.
  • Handles the monthly billing and tracking of all production budgets
  • Responds to information requests from the team and client
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Print, Transcreation & Broadcast
  • Distributes contact reports, agendas and trackers
  • Collates any information needed for input to client reports and presentations
  • Responsible for managing materials – from briefing through adaptation to delivery
  • Liaises with brand teams to ensure smooth delivery of market-specific materials
  • Provides any additional administrative support to team as required



  • Bachelor’s degree with a Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance major
  • 3 years of experience in an advertising agency or marketing environment
  • Creative agency account management experience on accounts with medium to high levels of production is preferred
  • Must have a passion for and interest in production
  • Past experience with global packaged goods brands or global campaign launches/management is a plus
  • Computer and systems savvy
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
