Overview

As a member of the Project Management Team, your role will be pivotal to the smooth running of the business.  You will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business and be responsible for all aspects of your account.  You will focus on building client relationships, managing the network, consistent and accurate business reporting, oversight of the print and digital production process, project planning and ensuring that expectations are managed and delivered. 

 

Responsibilities

 

Account Management

  • Builds strong client relationships – both with clients and agency partners
  • Provides agendas, detailed contact reports, and regular status updates
  • Ensures clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process
  • Always be looking for opportunities for organic and new business development

 

Production Project Management (digital and print)

  • Provides effective project management through utilization of the various Hogarth tools including FIDO, Zonza, Maconomy etc.
  • Delivers client projects on-time and on-budget according to agreed profit goals
  • Prepares project bids and estimates, in line with Hogarth rate cards and client specifications
  • Manages all print and digital projects to client brand guidelines and media specifications
  • Oversees production projects utilizing offsite production teams
  • Works very closely with the client and agency to understand brand objectives, guidelines, and project requirements
  • Sets and manage client expectations, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Collaborates with internal agency partners to ensure smooth execution of all client business including transcreation and various production platforms
  • Identifies improvements to existing workflow and processes

Qualifications

 

  • 5 years in project or resource management within a production environment
  • Strong working knowledge of the production pipeline (both print and digital)
  • Excellent project management background 
  • The ability to liaise with clients and internal teams to leverage resources as necessary.
  • Pragmatic, team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude
