Overview

HWW is looking for a Producer/Publisher to support a client’s Internal Communications team, based in London. As our ideal candidate, you are highly organised, action-orientated and composed in the face of change.

As an Internal Communications Producer/Publisher, you expertly manage the production of content, from initial creation to publication. You will balance multiple work streams to publish content to an exceptional standard. You will support the team to develop new, more streamlined processes around operational and creative communications. You will have the skills to influence those who do not report to you, at a range of levels, and graciously give relevant and impactful feedback, as well as receiving it.

Self-motivated and highly resourceful, you are process-driven and a highly efficient planner. You simplify the complex. You are unflappable. You are great at listening and informing others. You provide each team involved in content production with clear milestones and deadlines, leaving no ambiguity. You have an eye for detail, as well as a view of the bigger picture. You do what’s right, not what’s easy. You want to help an exceptional team deliver world-class internal communications.

  • Manage the content production cycle, from initial creation to publication.
  • Create and manage timelines, source assets, publish content and support the wider team.
  • Provide each team involved in content production with clear milestones and deadlines, leaving no ambiguity.
  • Support the team in the publication of all content including operational communications, reference documents and editorial content.
  • Have the skills to influence those who do not report to you, at a range of levels, to give and receive feedback and to tailor your approach for a variety of partners.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years managing the content production and publishing cycle within internal communications, digital/social media marketing, PR/advertising or digital news environment.
  • Experience managing and publishing content using internal planning tools and Content Management Systems.
  • Enjoys building relationships with international and remote peers.
  • Must be highly organised and action-orientated.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-prioritise and multi-task on projects, schedules and deliverables.
  • Expert at driving the production and publication process across multiple teams, aligning stakeholders and overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to be resourceful and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Superior written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Native fluency in English.
