Overview

What We’re Looking For:

 

As an Integrated Producer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of print and digital deliverables. Producers must demonstrate a good understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodology. The Integrated Producer is everyone’s point person for the project. You will manage schedules, budgets, and communicate with internal departments, agency-partners, media companies, and third-party print vendors.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the roles and services of departments and offerings at Hogarth
  • Manage medium- to large-size projects independently from initiation through completion
  • Manage the production of a wide array of tactics for both print and digital elements of a project
  • Partner with the client service teams across channels to ensure a smooth process, proper resource allocation, and a superior end result
  • Track costs throughout the project lifecycle, and reconcile estimates to actuals on all projects
  • Evaluate and share with the team all project burn rates, project status, risks, and general information provided by the team, the client, and outside sources
  • Advise account, agency, and client-partners of project specifications, timing, and cost factors during the creative process to manage their expectations and achieve the desired outcome

Qualifications

What You’ll Have:

  • 3-6 years’ project management or production experience in a digital and print or media-similar environment
  • Experience in scoping projects, creating project budgets, tracking actuals, and creating statements of work
  • An ability to solve problems with the solution that works for all stakeholders without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project
  • An ability to quote print projects directly with print vendors
  • A solid understanding of production requirements associated with print ads, OOH, POS, and DM
  • Experience working with media departments to ensure timely delivery of print ads and other materials
  • Expertise in organizing and uploading materials for publication via FTP or similar network­­­­­­­
  • Delivery experience with banners, landing pages, and emails. Knowledge of ad server platforms (experience with DoubleClick, Sizmek, Flashtalking, and Celtra) and execution lists/media plans 
  • Experience with test management and execution with an understanding of QA practices 
  • A professional and approachable demeanor, and the ability to thrive in the dynamic, highly matrixed agency environment
  • An in-depth understanding of print and digital marketing and advertising processes and methods, along with a thorough understanding of project management strategies, bringing process innovation to how we manage our engagements
  • Knowledge of creative cloud.
