  • Overview

    The Client Experience Associate at Hogarth Worldwide is, in many ways, the face of the company. This person works closely with various Hogarth teams to meet and anticipate the needs of our staff, clients and guests. An ideal candidate is proactive, upbeat, customer-experience-focused, and interested in production.



    • Coordinating food and beverage services for edit sessions and client/staff meetings.
    • Maintaining and stocking the kitchens with supplies, shopping and ordering as needed
    • Placing and picking up food orders
    • Upkeep of common areas - ensure all common spaces are tidy, welcoming and presentable
    • Set up and break down office events such as company-wide meetings, happy hours, etc
    • Ensure kitchens, edit suites and conference rooms are stocked, clean and in working order at all times
    • Provides administrative support to the Operations team and run errands as necessary


    Job requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Some experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception or catering
    • Experience in event coordination is a plus
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
    • Detail oriented
    • Proactive
    • Takes direction well
    • Must be comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders
    • Must be comfortable coming in early and staying late on occasion, when necessary
