    We are looking for a pioneering, innovative account manager to further inspire our clients and agency partners to deliver the marketing campaign of tomorrow and beyond.


    The Transcreation Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for project managing localization work for the Client. The TAM will work closely with the Marcom Project Manager a network of creative talents from various markets. The TAM will need to engage with other cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. The TAM will constantly need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines with internal and externa teams to ensure expectations are well managed. The TAM primary tasks include organizing and coordinating schedules, distributing workload, tracking progress of projects and allocated


    • Manage a network of flex copy editors and ensure they are motivated to perform
    • Organize teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure work is of high standards and delivered on time
    • Validate briefs prior to distributing through the creative network, aligning with producers to ensure information is accurate
    • Ensure creative network is appropriately staffed for workload and oversee training of new resources as needed
    • Plan resources for future projects and inform talent manager and line manager of new recruitment needs
    • Work closely with talent manager in delivering recruitment briefs on time
    • Manage and monitor budgets, including management of weekly timesheets
    • Coordinate weekly project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including Client’s Project Manager and Creative Network
    • Provide frequent communication and manage negotiation across multiple stakeholders
    • Lead and support overseas projects including resource bookings and allocation, travel arrangements etc.
    • Ensure a thorough understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, SOW and SLAs of the accounts and ensure specific details are understood by the wider team where relevant


    • 6+ years Advertising Agency / In-House Project Management / Traffic Background with experience working on global brands, ideally across all media, including print, interactive and film
    • Experience managing country-wide / multi-market projects
    • Demonstrable experience managing total creative workflow, i.e internal briefing, briefing to vendors/studios, managing key milestones/deadlines, presentations/ internal approvals, executions, delivery
    • Good communication skills
    • Self-driven, organized and have an eye for detail
    • Proficient with technology and tools
    • Hardworking team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
