    What we want:

     

    The Digital Campaign Manager role is a mix of hands-on project execution as well leading the role out of innovative dynamic / programmatic capabilities across key clients.  Your key mission will be to plan, document, execute and deliver digital campaigns adhering to schedule and budget.  This includes briefing digital teams around the world and coordinating the efforts of team members, agency partners and clients.

Communication is critical to the role and will require intelligently and effectively coordinating with creative, technical, account management and leadership within Hogarth and with our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Be an internal and external source of expertise in the digital campaign field and respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries
    • Manage and optimize internal workflow to ensure/increase productivity
    • Management of projects with budgets in the hundreds of thousands of dollars
    • Initiating projects including scope, budget and schedule
    • Project execution including scope change, briefing and progress tracking
    • Project closing documentation
    • Support and mentor team members
    • Be the lead and pioneer of how process and digital campaign projects should be delivered
    • Attend internal meetings as a representative of the Digital production team as and when required
    • Ensure you have considerable experience delivering from start to finish digital campaigns
    • Show an entrepreneurial spirit and show pro-activeness to own the role

    Qualifications

    What you’ll have:

    • Experienced delivering digital campaign projects (typically HTML5 and Rich Media campaigns)
    •  Experience of working in (preferably large) digital agencies on large global accounts
    • Demonstrable experience in managing the production and distribution of digital marketing campaigns
    • Strong knowledge of Ad Server Platforms (Experience with DoubleClick, Sizmek, Flashtalking and Atlas) and Execution Lists/Media Plans
    • Delivery experience for Banners, Landing Pages and Emails
    • Passion for and understanding of internet technologies is as must
    • Test management and execution with understanding of QA practices
    • Scope Management: The ability to control the work included in a project, ensuring that all the work that has been scoped and budgeted can be delivered
    • 5+ Years Project Management Experience

    • Communications Management: The ability to link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout a project life cycle
    • Risk Management: The ability to identify, analyze, and properly respond to project risks (opportunities and threats)
    • Client Servicing: The ability to manage client needs through the whole of a project lifecycle
    • Eagerness to Learn: The desire and ability to learn new skills and to develop one’s personal knowledge of Digital and Print Project Management
    • Stress Management: The ability to remain calm and keep a reassuring presence in high pressure situations
    • Can Do Attitude: A positive 'can do' solution focused mentality
    • Administration: The ability to set meeting agenda's and take comprehensive minutes. Also the ability to track and manage actions
    • Organization: The ability to juggle a varied workload and to priorities ones time effectively
