    What you’ll do:

    • Supporting internal production teams with financial processes such as securing petty cash, completing vendor paperwork and check requests, setting up accounts for live action shoot needs, such as locations and equipment, and acquiring insurance certificates when necessary
    • Work with Producers and account leads to drive accurate and timely cost reporting
    • Provide guidance to the production companies on payment set up, invoicing, and any potential payment issues
    • Partner closely with financeto manage the cash flow and funding processes for primary productions
    • Work with Production, Business Affairs and Account leads on process improvement initiatives to generate more cohesive workflow
    • Educate and train production team on payroll and third-party payment practices
    • Act as liaison between third party payroll companies and finance
    • Work closely with Business Affairs and finance to expedite vendor payments when necessary
    • Assist with job actualization and ensure wrap process is completed


    What you’ll have:

    • Some experience in a Production/Broadcast environment, active internships or other exposure to production activities
    • General knowledge of the various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment, and applications within Production/Broadcast department
    • Results driven and proactive
    • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
    • Excellent time management skills & multi-tasking abilities
    • Great organizational skills
