  • Overview

    We are looking for a digital Project Manager for a high profile luxury brand, accountable for the smooth running of campaign projects and client liaison. This role also includes moderate travel, and reports into the Digital Delivery Lead on the account.

     

    We’re looking for a self-starter, someone who is passionate about digital, process and becomes a safe pair of hands in terms of delivery. Digital project management best practices and being able to communicate well are an absolute must. This means that they will need to be able to communicate intelligently and effectively with Creative, Technical, Account Management, Client and Senior Leaders.

     

    This is a very client facing role, working closely at first with the agency and the client directly, so you must be an excellent networker and relationship builder. Working for a luxury brand means we need to ensure the best in delivery, quality, and communication.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, document, execute and finalize multiple digital campaigns for the luxury retailer according to strict SLAS, staying within budget
    • Brief multiple digital teams and coordinate with team members
    • Lead global Client-Hogarth hubs and agency partners in order to delivery projects on time, meeting client’s quality expectations
    • Be an internal source of expertise in the digital campaign field and respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries
    • Utilize project management techniques and best practices
    • Management of projects with up to 100K budget
    • Manage and optimize internal workflow to ensure/increase productivity
    • Initiate projects including scope, budget and schedule, specs
    • Project execution including scope change, briefing and progress tracking
    • Project wash-up documentation
    • Support and mentor team members
    • Be the lead and pioneer of how process and digital campaign projects should be delivered
    • Attend internal meetings as a representative of the Digital production team as and when required
    • Ensure you have considerable experience delivering from start to finish digital campaigns
    • Excellent networker and able to manage senior clients effectively
    • Show an entrepreneurial spirit and show pro-activeness to own the role

    Qualifications

     

    • 4-5 Years Project Management Experience
    • Experience of working in (preferably large) digital agencies on large global accounts
    • Demonstrable experience in managing the production and distribution of digital marketing campaigns
    • Experienced delivering digital campaign projects (typically HTML5 and Rich Media campaigns)
    • Strong knowledge of Ad Server Platforms (Experience with DoubleClick, Sizmek, Flashtalking and Atlas) and Execution Lists/Media Plans
    • Prior experience with trafficking processes is desirable
    • Client facing experience; networking and dealing with and resolving all issues
    • Test Management & Execution – Understanding of QA practices
    • French speaking is highly desirable
    • 2+ years’ experiences in relevant organizations
    • Scope Management: The ability to control the work included in a project, ensuring that all the work that has been scoped and budgeted can be delivered
    • Time Management: The ability to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Cost Management: The ability to plan, estimate and control costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget. This includes resource planning
    • Quality Management: The ability to ensure that project delivery meets the quality requirements
    • Communications Management: The ability to link people (including team members and stakeholders), ideas, and information throughout a project life cycle
    • Risk Management: The ability to identify, analyse, and properly respond to project risks (opportunities and threats)
    • Client Servicing: The ability to manage client needs through the whole of a project lifecycle
    • Eagerness to Learn: The desire and ability to learn new skills and to develop one’s personal knowledge of Digital and Print Project Management
    • Stress Management: The ability to remain calm and keep a reassuring presence in pressurised situations
    • Can Do Attitude: A positive 'can do' solution focused mentality
    • Administration: The ability to set meeting agenda's and take comprehensive minutes. Also the ability to track and manage actions
    • Organization: The ability to juggle a varied workload and to prioritize effectively
