The Digital Department:
The UK digital department scopes, designs and delivers engaging and high quality online experiences for global brands. We work in collaboration with creative and strategic agency partners to create meaningful digital communications aimed at their UK and global customer bases. We work with our internal teams and global partners to fulfil multi-market, multi-channel marketing campaigns. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the creation of brand sites, social media applications, mobile and tablet applications, email campaigns and dynamic advertising assets. You will find the department a friendly, vibrant and dedicated team – focused on delivering for our clients.
We are looking for a digital Campaign Project Manager, accountable for the smooth running of campaign projects and client liaison.
This role also includes moderate travel, and reports into the Digital Delivery Lead on the account.
The role involves planning, documenting, executing and finalising multiple digital campaigns for the luxury retailer according to strict SLAs and within budget. This includes briefing multiple digital teams and coordinating the efforts of team members, lead our global hubs and agency partners in order to deliver projects on-time and to quality for one of our key clients.
We’re looking for a self-starter, someone who is passionate about digital, process and becomes a safe pair of hands in terms of delivery. Digital project management best practices and being able to communicate well are an absolute must. This means that they will need to be able to communicate intelligently and effectively with Creative, Technical, Account Management, Client and Senior Leaders.
This is a very client facing role, working closely at first with the agency and then the client directly, so you must be an excellent networker and relationship builder. Working for a luxury brand means we need to ensure the best in delivery, quality, best in communication and be the role a luxury client expects. Live and breathe high class delivery to the pixel polish requirement is just the minimal of what we expect you to do.
