    The Digital Department:

    The UK digital department scopes, designs and delivers engaging and high quality online experiences for global brands. We work in collaboration with creative and strategic agency partners to create meaningful digital communications aimed at their UK and global customer bases. We work with our internal teams and global partners to fulfil multi-market, multi-channel marketing campaigns. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the creation of brand sites, social media applications, mobile and tablet applications, email campaigns and dynamic advertising assets. You will find the department a friendly, vibrant and dedicated team – focused on delivering for our clients.

    Overview:

    We are looking for a digital Delivery Lead, responsible for all the global campaign delivery, processes, tools and teams on this account.

    The role includes managing a team of Senior PMs and PMs who all deliver campaigns for the client, establishing and enhancing processes, and ongoing client facing communication and liaison.

    This role also includes moderate travel, and reports into the Global Delivery Lead on the account.

    Requirements:

    • A proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholders, change management and ability to juggle competing priorities
    • Ability to establish a process and also lead teams to continually enhance and improve the process
    • Proactive and driven to continually manage, mentor and motivate the team
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting and leading meetings at all levels within the organization
    • Professional experience managing delivery teams for global campaigns for over 5 years
    • Ability to establish a process and also lead teams to continually enhance and improve the process
    • Onboard and mentor new PMs into the team
    • Managing PM allocations and capacity
    • Understanding of financial operations and tracking profitability
    • Proactive and driven to continually manage, mentor and motivate busy teams
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting and leading meetings at all levels within the organization, and with the client
    • Ability to documents workflows and process documents in detail, and to present these to multiple delivery teams
    • Client facing comms, calls and meetings
    • An obsession with detail and extensive technical understanding
    • Ability to interview, and recruit the most suitable talent in the market for the account
    • Be the go-to person for all client teams for queries regarding the client, process, best practice, reporting and delivery
    • Work with the senior management team on the account to plan against a long-term vision
    • Proactively anticipate risks and challenges
    • Always maintain and project the the client's ethos of ‘Media with manners’               

    Education and Experience:

    • 5+ years’ experience in relevant organisations
    • Project management certification desirable
