  • Overview

    The role of the Digital Project Manager is to participate in the planning and execution of tasks or assigned projects according to deadlines and within budget. This may include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Digital Project Manager may participate in defining project objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle. Assets we produce may include but are not limited to digital content, videos, articles, display campaigns, emails, microsites and landing pages.


    Fundamental and specific aspects of this position include project management, defining production schedules, deadlines, resource management and client engagement.


    • Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal and external to ensure things get done
    • Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs
    • Manage all client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality
    • Manage ongoing communication, tracking project progress and status vs. schedule, timings, delays etc.
    • Manage, monitor and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with clients
    • Support the use of Hogarth’s proprietary technology for workflow and asset management
    • Instill and support a high level of attention to detail at each stage of the production process supporting our quality control procedures
    • Ensure that briefs and client objectives are clear and understood by key stakeholders
    • Create and share any documents required to simplify and standardize the work of the Content team
    • Highlight and escalate quality control issues to the Content Lead.
    • Allocate individual production assignments to the team members on a daily basis
    • Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process
    • Set and manage client expectations regarding deliverables and timeframes


    • 2 – 3 years of digital project management experience in Content teams
    • Strong working knowledge of digital execution (interactive design, HTML, video, etc.)
    • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Positive ‘can do’ attitude
    • Experience in managing designers and developers
    • Experience working with audio visual materials
    • Ability to function productively under pressure
    • Passion for and understanding of internet technologies
