  • Overview

    We are looking for an fun and energetic Accounts Assistant to enhance our busy finance department and join our Management Accounts Team. A large component of the role is to manage the treasury function for Hogarth ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of the bank accounts however there will be additional duties to support the Finance Manager in other tasks around the monthly reporting cycle. 


    The requirements of the role include:

    • Reconciliation of all bank accounts
    • Signing and reviewing of payments
    • Posting of AP and AR journals
    • Assisiting the Management accounts team with Month end and other adhoc finance tasks
    • Interaction with other Finance teams, predominantly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable


    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise
    • Deadline driven
    • High level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Confident written communication with the ability to respond quickly and succinctly to all queries
    • Tenacious and practical problem solving
    • Committed and driven to always look for better ways of doing things
    • Previous experience of Maconomy would be beneficial but not essential
