    Working closely with HWW’s global leads and other key stakeholders, the Production Optimisation Director will be a conduit for client specific operations excellence initiatives in support of the global program for the client. You will be responsible for defining and rolling-out our global best practices within a tight timeline to ensure business continuity for the client. The Candidate will be adept at reacting quickly to changing needs and will have direct experience working across print, digital and client service teams.



    Key Areas of Responsibilities

    - Build strong client relationships and obtain clear understanding of the client’s requirements

    - Develop in-depth knowledge of client’s internal set up and functionality to maximise-Hogarth’s structure and resources serving the client

    - Take a leading role in implementing ways of working across marketing production teams within Hogarth’s business

    - Solid understanding of managing client-specific global campaign launches to enable smooth production output in every market

    - Establish strong relationships with the key stakeholders across multiple functions within the client’s global organization

    - Leverage these relationships to improve level of service and to further develop our business with the client

    - Identify best practices across different studios worldwide and facilitate implementation across global hubs

    - Manage a diverse team of studio managers, artwork leads and traffic managers to efficiently produce high quality output across global production studios

    - Build strong relationships across all locations for both the client and the Hogarth offices to ensure client satisfaction in all markets

    - Build global hubs into a centre of excellences serving specific needs of all markets

    - Design and implement efficiency and quality improvement initiatives including sophisticated automation engines within the studio

    - Own relationships with global print vendors and ensure an efficient workflow with them globally

    - Be the main escalation point for the client together with the GADs in local offices and ensure swift and effective resolutions are actioned

    - Support development of budgeting and estimation tools as part of cross-functional working groups

    - Ensure that all Production teams consistently deliver against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs

    - Ensure the consistency of global training documentation and oversee and manage training major training efforts

    - Tactically deploy and maintain the localized aspects of the operational standardization, consolidation and improvement elements of HWW’s production platform strategy

    - Support your assigned global practice council to deliver their agenda, including refining and deploying best practice processes, tech functionality and adoption across their defined production area

    - Provide a governance and support counter-balance to local production operations as well as your assigned global client to ensure these stakeholders have the data, tools, direction and access to expertise to continually optimise their operations

    - Directly intervene and manage the recovery plan whenever business critical risks are identified




    - Masters degree in Business Administration

    - Ideally 15 years of experience, gained in advertising and/or print production

    - Extensive experience serving multinational corporations, within the Technology sector

    - A proven history of working across different markets, time zones and cultures

    - Strong understanding of print and digital artwork production processes and best practices

    - Experience in implementing automation tools for print and digital production

    - Proven history overseeing multinational and multi-functional teams and clients

    - Experience in financial management

    - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English

    - A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems

    - Must be able to travel as required, sometimes several weeks at a time

    - Related experience within an international studio production environment

    - Strong understanding of marketing and communication implementation processes across all key channels

    - Demonstrated experience of leveraging data, process and change excellence in driving improvement within a studio production environment

    - Stakeholder management experience in driving change and governance through cross-functional teams

    - Demonstrated experience of successfully working within a virtual team environment

    - Strong interpersonal and management skill set to influence the direction and attainment of project objectives without line management of resources

    - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and relationships cross functionally

    - Strong background in training and change management

    - Commercially focused with a passion for delivering and exceeding results



    Salary is £70,000 - £80,000
