    What we’re looking for:

    Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will have an opportunity to be the Senior Lead Recruiter for the Hogarth CA Talent Acquisition team.


    The Senior Recruiter will lead the talent acquisition for Hogarth Ca in Cupertino and Sunnyvale. This important role is responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition, requiring you to drive strategic and tactical initiatives around effective candidate delivery to the business, including candidate generation and pipeline development. You will work closely with business leaders and HR to gather input and continuously educate on the recruitment process. You will also be partnering with one other recruiter.



    • Develop robust pipelines of candidates by forming talent communities within our ATS/ CRM tool and managing communications within those communities 
    • Utilize advanced recruitment sourcing techniques including Boolean search on the web to uncover new sources of talent 
    • Manage and negotiate with recruitment agencies and partners
    • Leverage the use of all direct recruitment channels, including internal and external job resources and all potential candidate touch points such as social media, employee referral programs, blog, contact lists, lead generation sources, alumni networks, professional associations, conferences and events
    • Phone screen & qualify potential candidates based on the goals and needs of the business
    • Represent the talent acquisition team positively & strategically in relationships and communication
    • Align business support strategy with business needs to develop and drive results
    • Work closely with country management to ensure all nuisances of the market is considered in the recruitment process
    • Proactively assess, and create short term solutions to business needs while also solving for long term
    • Emphasizes the Core Values in all actions and activities


    • 5 years’ proven experience in a recruitment research, sourcing, or recruitment role in a fast moving, matrix environment 
    • Best practice recruitment expertise with solid knowledge of the latest sourcing/research tools, and tips/tricks of the trade, legal regulations and market trends
    • Ability to multitask and produce high volume pipelines under tight deadlines
    • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cold or warm call potential candidates
    • Ability to meet deadlines and commitments, as well as drive towards a “best in class” candidate experience
