    This is an entry-level hybrid role with dual responsibilities both as a Transcreation Account Executive (TAE) and an Administrative Assistant working on the same account. We are one of the largest teams at Hogarth and regularly work on transcreation of multiple materials, through diverse channels under tight client deadlines. The role is structured as 50-50 time distribution across the two roles, but this could vary depending on need.


    The TAE/Admin assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and professional support to the team. This is a busy role that will involve calendar bookings, data/financial support as well as transcreation tasks and supporting the Transcreation Account Managers.

    The right candidate will have a strong interest in the marketing/advertising industry and will have the opportunity to receive training on all areas of the business (transcreation, account management, print/TV production, finance) and potentially progress into an Account Executive role or in the Transcreation Management path.



    Admin Assistant:

    • Diary management for the team; scheduling appointments, meetings and conference/ calls, attending meetings and producing meeting notes
    • Booking meeting rooms, arranging IT and catering requirements for meetings, and organising regular team meetings and events
    • Assisting with data reports, and adding project information into different systems
    • Assisting with finance administration and revenue reports, liaising with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve issues, raising POs and creating new vendors, and providing regular status updates


    Transcreation Account Executive

    • Take responsibility for quality of transcreation services delivered
    • Ensure the best external talent is always used, review talents performance and drive constant performance improvement by working closely with Talent Management
    • Support the Transcreation Account Manager (TAM) on various projects by following the approved processes, making sure that projects are delivered on time and that the quality standards are reflected in all deliverables
    • Carefully review all deliverables at every step of the project and raise quality issues when necessary
    • Become proficient with Hogarth’s internal tools for CAT, asset management and project management
    • Monitor timelines and client expectations, and keep TAM updated on status of projects



    • BA degree (ideally in languages, advertising or marketing)
    • Must have previous admin support experience
    • Must be efficient and organised with exceptional administrative ability, always of a proactive nature with strong attention to detail
    • Excellent use of English language (both written and verbal) and excellent communication skills. Any other languages are desirable.
    • Fully competent in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills, as well as Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Proficiency with CAT tools is preferred
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player, someone who is happy to get stuck into any task at hand which ultimately contributes to the smooth running of the team
    • Confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management and the wider team
    • Excellent time management and productivity, proven ability to follow process
    • 'Can-do' approach and able to multi-task
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
