    Job Summary :

    In this role, you will use your print production experience and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output across all deliverables. You will bring in-depth familiarity with large and small format litho and inkjet printing. Expertise in all types and aspects of  print production and installation is expected.

     

    You will participate in all facets of planning, production, deployment and delivery of 2D advertising and marketing materials. Building relationships with printers and their fulfillment agencies to meet high-quality standards and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries into all regional markets is a key focus. Effective collaboration is a central responsibility.

     

    This role will work closely with the client Print Production Manager.

     

    Key Qualifications: 

    • 4-5 years minimum of print production expertise within a creative agency or production environment equivalent.
    • You are a strong project manager who is flexible, proactive, highly organized, excellent at multi-tasking, comfortable under pressure and able to work effectively as a team member.
    • Must be pro-active, have a calm approach, be organized and able to work collaboratively as part of a functional team.
    • Communicates fully, effectively and diplomatically, while exhibiting proactive solution-oriented thinking and exemplary execution.
    • You have excellent English communications skills — written and oral.
    • During peak launch/refresh periods, late and overnights and weekend work may be required. You must also be willing to travel internationally, often at short notice.

     

    Description :

    • Work closely with Print Production Manager and 2D Producers who should remain updated and advisory at every stage of a project.
    • Ensure all required print installation permits are in place ahead of deployment deadline.
    • Communicate clearly and at appropriate intervals with different stakeholders to ensure the seamless adherence to the deployment schedule.
    • Support our color expert for press-passing all printed materials, verifying that the proper brand quality standard and creative intent is represented in the final product.
    • Conduct on-site quality control through finishing and packing, including regular kit spot-checking.
    • On-site supervision to key installation locations.
    • Partner with channel retailers whenever possible to share spec recommendations and provide color guidance and communicate quality expectations to optimize their results.
    • Be a 'Brand Guardian' at all times and insist on the highest quality possible for all client marketing and advertising materials wherever they appear throughout the region.
