  • Overview

    As Digital Content Producer, you are responsible for leading the development and delivery of various content, from web to social to video, for multiple platforms, both online and in-store. The Digital Content Producer will work closely with designers, writers, cross-functional partners, and creative agencies to define requirements, clarify design goals, manage design reviews, and ensure a quality release of the final product.

     

    The Digital Content Producer is responsible for executing projects from concept through delivery. You possess the organisational skills of a project manager, the pixel-perfect obsession of a designer, and the ability to converse fluently with product teams. You are able to take the project and run with it, but also know when to seek help from team members or managers. You strive to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.


    You are an effective communicator, value interpersonal relationships, and also have exceptional client services skills. You are able to foresee potential roadblocks or conflicts and mitigate while keeping calm under pressure. Your judgement is sound and you make solid decisions even when there are curveballs thrown.

     

    The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and self-starter, a fast learner, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment across Asia Pacific with quick turnarounds.

    Responsibilities

    • Own the design brief and schedule.
    • Manage meetings and design reviews. Capture key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items in meeting notes.
    • Act as an advocate within the brand for overall quality, ensuring quality assurance for all content.
    • Negotiate priorities for the design team given limited resources and an aggressive schedule.
    • Ensure timely handoff of design assets to Asia Pacific partners.
    • Review builds to ensure design integrity has remained intact during implementation.
    • Educate team on technical feasibility of projects and potential impact, provides alternative solutions to help mitigate risk.
    • Constantly improve processes and communications in an ever-changing, fast-paced working environment.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience producing creative and technical interactive projects at an advertising agency, web development studio, or client side
    • Direct experience managing digital assets, from brief to delivery
    • Familiarity with video production desired
    • Experience with motion graphics desired
    • Experience managing assets for multiple languages and countries
    • Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
    • Proven success building solid client relationships and managing client/stakeholder expectations
    • Proven ability to creatively solve problems through negotiation, tact and diplomacy
    • Grace under pressure – calm and logical problem solving when issues arise
    • Flexibility in managing requirements in fast-paced and changing environments
    • Ability to assess proper next steps when receiving conflicting feedback or unclear direction from a variety of stakeholders
    • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules and deliverables
    • Knowledge of creative design tools and web technologies
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
    • Experience using project/process management tools
    • Proficient with Keynote and Numbers
    • Basic Photoshop Skills
