As Digital Content Producer, you are responsible for leading the development and delivery of various content, from web to social to video, for multiple platforms, both online and in-store. The Digital Content Producer will work closely with designers, writers, cross-functional partners, and creative agencies to define requirements, clarify design goals, manage design reviews, and ensure a quality release of the final product.
The Digital Content Producer is responsible for executing projects from concept through delivery. You possess the organisational skills of a project manager, the pixel-perfect obsession of a designer, and the ability to converse fluently with product teams. You are able to take the project and run with it, but also know when to seek help from team members or managers. You strive to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
You are an effective communicator, value interpersonal relationships, and also have exceptional client services skills. You are able to foresee potential roadblocks or conflicts and mitigate while keeping calm under pressure. Your judgement is sound and you make solid decisions even when there are curveballs thrown.
