This is an important role within a strong and ever growing digital client service team and is pivotal to a specific account – Nestle Waters.
This client is one of our biggest digital clients with a scope that has tripled since last year, delivering digital innovation & tech solutions to facilitate website build, UX and Design. We have created a global site factory for multiple Waters brands, running as a highly successful Programme. Our achivements have been highly recognised within the Nestle group as being the digital beacon driving potential platform growth across many other Nestle brands.
Our ideal candidate will have strong digital experience, ideally in website global web & apps. Working closely with the Digital Account Director to support across a variety of master build and localisation projects. Strong client relationship building, supporting the team in all client communication is key.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in account management and a good understanding of website / digital standards (Drupal 8 CMS knowledge a bonus but not essential). They should also have a good understanding of project delivery phases of work in web build, have expereinece in managing budgets and timing milestones.
