    Role summary:


    The Production Director will provide leadership and direction to the Retail team of Hogarth California. The team are responsible for designing, creating, QAing and publishing assets across internal platforms and social media channels.



    • Direct management of the creative studio team including but not limited to, Copywriters, designers and Project managers to ensure the successful delivery
      of all projects
    • Define strategy and processes for the creative studio team
    • Provide support, leadership and strategic direction to your direct reports and extended teams
    • Act as a key point of escalation across your teams and stakeholders
    • Develop strong and trusting relationships with your direct teams and stakeholders
    • Ensure your teams have the correct resources in place to effectively manage the SOW
    • Work with  stakeholders to understand the strategic vision and provide recommendations and SME on how Hogarth can deliver this vision
    • Work with the Recruitment team on hiring new team members, ensuring we continue to bring in the highest calibre and talented individuals
    • Solid understanding of the nature of the work and cadence in order to recommend the optimum structures and skills to deliver effectively
    • Lead by example, embracing the Hogarth values through interactions with the immediate team, broader teams and management
    • Work with the leadership team to instill the Hogarth values and build the Hogarth culture


    • A proven track record of managing and influencing a large number of diverse stakeholders, change management and ability to juggle competing priorities
    • Experience of building a creative studio team
    • Strong practical knowledge across all key areas of Interactive design and experience of working with established CMS platforms and strong QA experience
    • Project management experience
    • Strong communicator and motivator with the ability to present and represent the team to a senior audience
    • Any website localization experience would be highly desirable
    • An obsession with detail and extensive technical understanding of coding languages, techniques and best practices (credible industry knowledge)s
    • Understanding of Content Management Systems, Social Networking 
    • Experience working with Agile methodology
    • Understanding of Unix commands principles
    • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC tools
    • Best practice understanding of wider web technologies and digital advancements
    • The ability to thrive in an ever changing and dynamic work environment
