  • Overview

    The Role:


    We are seeking a Production Design Lead to look after all deliverables across functions ensuring that it adheres to Client Visual Brand Identity standards You will collaborate with the client to understand the requirements across all visual requirements. You will be responsible for clearly briefing the Operators across functions to produce the required designs.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Checking any language and English layouts against the design standards before sending it to Client
    • Reviewing layouts with MARCOM for any minimal design changes
    • Reviewing significant design changes with Client Production Designer and discuss any concerns on suggested changes
    • Creating all the Graphic guidelines for the layouts
    • Responsible for the overall visual excellence 
    • Reviewing all mocked up designs with Client Production Designer
    • Working collaboratively across Channel and Content, delivery clear layout instructions



    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Design roles ideally within advertising agencies
    • Solid background as a Graphic Designer with solid design skills
    • Strong knowledge of design tools – Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
    • In-depth experience with bi-directional layouts
    • In-depth experience with UX 
    • Understands limitations of Software for bi-directional copy
    • International and local brands experience
    • Team work - easy to get along with - be able to work with Artworkers and Graphic Production Artists
    • Proactive and an obsession with detail
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize to hit tight deadlines
    • Strong communicator with excellent English and any foreign language skills is a bonus
    • Must be able to travel as required, sometimes for several weeks at a time
