As Transcreation Account Manager, you will project manage the creative copy element of key campaign work in the Asia region for a prestigious technology client. Working closely with the client, Hogarth's global Network Manager and a network of creative talent to help execute bespoke, high profile and fast turn around communication for markets across the region.
You would need to engage with all stakeholders to ensure work is delivered on time, to the highest quality and within the agreed KPI / budget parameters. There will be a constant need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are well managed. Primary tasks include organising and coordinating schedules leveraging an established project management tool, distributing workload, tracking progress of projects and liaising with the program manager in the regional creative studio.
You will need to be acutely aware of how to manage talent capacity, maintaining motivation, commitment and availability. You will therefore focus on building strong relationships with the Talent Network and briefing new projects accurately. Strong organisation and time management skills are required, together with a focus on quality.
