  • Overview

    As Transcreation Account Manager, you will project manage the creative copy element of key campaign work in the Asia region for a prestigious technology client. Working closely with the client, Hogarth's global Network Manager and a network of creative talent to help execute bespoke, high profile and fast turn around communication for markets across the region.  

    You would need to engage with all stakeholders to ensure work is delivered on time, to the highest quality and within the agreed KPI / budget parameters. There will be a constant need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are well managed. Primary tasks include organising and coordinating schedules leveraging an established project management tool, distributing workload, tracking progress of projects and liaising with the program manager in the regional creative studio. 

    You will need to be acutely aware of how to manage talent capacity, maintaining motivation, commitment and availability. You will therefore focus on building strong relationships with the Talent Network and briefing new projects accurately. Strong organisation and time management skills are required, together with a focus on quality.


    Project Management

    • Manage agreed workflows
    • Ensure that online tools and trackers are updated at all times
    • Manage internal/client expectations and project briefs
    • Monitor budget utilisation and flag potential issues
    • Coordinate regular status meetings and review sessions
    • Monitor internal workflows and identify areas for improvement
    • Ensure account delivers consistently against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs
    • Regional onboarding and training for the network, assisting in rolling out new practices or tools with in-timezone support

    Network Management

    • Manage a network of in-market creative talent and ensure they are motivated to perform
    • Create a balanced work schedule and ensure work is of high standards and delivered on time
    • Advise Global Network Manager, Account Lead as well as Talent Manager on resource gaps and flag potential issues
    • Review talent performance and drive constant performance improvement by working closely with Network Manager
    • Review team structure and resource on an ongoing basis to ensure client is serviced appropriately
    • Highlight and resolve quality control issues with the Network


    Traffic Management

    • Daily scheduling of work across the region, feeding into a 24-hour global traffic team
    • Ensure that there is clear division and allocation of workload among team members

    Finance Management

    • Track spend against forecast, flagging important budget fluctuations
    • Monthly reconciliation
    • Monitor talent payments to mitigate any potential issues
    • Ensure full compliance with all financial procedures and policies

    Client Management

    • Co-ordinate between all relevant parties
    • Build strong, trusting relationships with all key client stakeholders


    • A minimum of 6 years Transcreation Project Management experience in an ad agency
    • Experience working on global brands, for copy ideally across all media, including print, digital and video/broadcast
    • Demonstrable experience in managing large scale and complex projects
    • Experience managing multi-market projects with grounded understanding of requirements across the Asia region
    • Experience managing creative workflow, i.e. internal briefing, briefing to vendors/studios, managing key milestones / deadlines, presentations / internal approvals, executions, delivery
    • Proven project management skills
    • Self-driven, organized and have an eye for detail
    • Proficient with technology and tools
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames
    • A hands-on, can do approach to solving problems
    • Robust track record with hands on account finance
    • Fluent written and spoken English plus a minimum of one language from the region
