    Role summary: 


    Hogarth Worldwide is seeking a Print Production Coordinator. The Print Production Coordinator role provides print production support for all areas of print management. Project management skills are important and a basic understanding of pre press and printing process on various substrates.The Coordinator works closely with the Print Production Managers (PPM’s) to assist in various aspects of print production. The range of work supported by the team includes pre-press, packaging, corporate event graphics, collateral projects, retail and channel in-store graphics, signage, gift cards, and premiums. 


    To be successful you will need to be highly organized and detail focused with an eye for color analysis. Working knowledge of pre press and printing processes is essential.



    1. Assist PPM’s in various aspects of print production including estimating, PO’s and invoicing. This requires being versed in project stages and tracking job scope changes
    2. Manage file uploads and delivery as well as communication to cross functional teams
    3. Job archiving
    4. Track, review and approve mechanical files, proofs and e-proofs ensuring thy match job spec and product scope 
    5. Assist Production mangers with color approvals with vendors
    6. Assist in the documentation and planning of confidential work
    7. Coordinate color reviews with internal teams and external vendors


    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • A minimum of 2 years experience working in a prepress or print company
    • Fully proficient in the office package
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
    • Able to travel locally
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to self start but operate as part of a team
    • The ability to thrive in an ever changing and dynamic work environment
    • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
