  • Overview

    The Bilingual Transcreation Account Manager will need excellent linguistic skills and a thorough understanding of the Localization process. The Bilingual Transcreation Account Manager will be responsible for managing projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring the final deliverables are of the highest quality. To bes successful in this role, you will require outstanding communication, time management, and organization skills to manage your clients and internal departments while always focusing on quality, process and profitability.


    • Take responsibility for quality of transcreation services delivered to the client and address any 
issues raised by the client

    • Maintain Translation Memories updated to capture client feedback/preferences and ensure 

    • Update glossaries on a project by project basis

    • Manage all client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of 
the highest quality

    • Monitor internal workflows, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
    • Follow agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management tools - FIDO, Trados etc.
    • Check all materials (PDFs, emails, ads etc.) and ensure quality control procedures have been 
followed before sending to clients
    • Collate any information needed for input to client reports and presentations


    • Can-do attitude and an ability to work under pressure
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Language skill - Canadian French is a big plus 
    • Strong numeracy skills
    • Highly organized, detail oriented, client focused and proactive
    • Team player
    • Strong IT literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote
    • 3+ years’ experience managing and servicing International accounts
    • Experience working in transcreation/translation/localization
    • Experience working in TV, print and or Digital production
