    Role summary:


    Hogarth Worldwide is seeking a Product Graphics Coordinator to work with us onsite at one of the world's leading tech companies. The Product Graphics Coordinator role provides print and packaging production support for all areas of print management. Project management skills are important and a basic understanding of pre press and printing process on various substrates. The range of work supported by the team includes pre-press, packaging, corporate event graphics, collateral projects, retail and channel in-store graphics, signage, gift cards, and premiums.


    To be successful you will need to be highly organized and detail focused with an eye for color analysis. Working knowledge of pre press and printing processes is essential. Quality Assurance background is a plus in this role as you will be QA's materials.


    • Support PG Producers and Designers by helping get cross functional team approval on Product Graphics artwork.
    • Connect with Engineering Program Specialists across all hardware product lines to compile the cross functional list of responsible individuals required for artwork approval.
    • Use routing tool to initiate routing and tracks status of artwork for multiple projects.
    • Ensure artwork is approved on time and sends reminders to maintain schedule.
    • Escalate issues as necessary to PG producers in the event the project gets off track or if additional information is requested by the team.
    • Communicate with the team on project status.
    • Assist in administrative tasks.

    • BA/BS degree, or equivalent practical experience
